Jim currently is of counsel with Burns White, LLC.  He is a founding member of the former firm of Lamp Bartram Levy Trautwein Perry & Powell, PLLC.  He has extensive mediation experience spanning more than 25 years, and many hundreds of cases, and extensive litigation experience spanning 40 years of practicing law.  His experience and continued participation as counsel in a myriad of personal injury, employment and other matters informs and assists him in aiding parties and their counsel in, on many more occasions than not, mediating their disputes to a successful conclusion.  Jim's even keel personality, broad experience in litigation, including over 50 trials, and a reputation for reasonableness and fairness have made him a mediator acceptable to both plaintiff and defense practitioners.
